Jackpot Raider Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Three Cats B.V., the operator of jackpotraider.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019. The agreement governs account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing
Jackpot Raider is owned and operated by Three Cats B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 164649, with a registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10, Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad, Curaçao. The company holds Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 26 September 2025 under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (NOOGH, P.B. 1993, no. 63), and that certificate is bound to the domain jackpotraider.com. Payment services are provided by Pointissimo Digital Ltd, a subsidiary of Three Cats B.V., incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 452086, with a registered address at Ischyron 24, Kato Polemidia, 4151, Limassol, Cyprus. The English version of these terms prevails in the event of any variation in interpretation.
Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher age as your own jurisdiction requires, to register an account and use the service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories, Germany, the Netherlands, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Israel, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine, as well as jurisdictions on the FATF blacklist including North Korea and Iran. Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated deposits, winnings, and bonuses forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. We run verification procedures for every account at the point of the first withdrawal, and no withdrawal is processed until verification is complete. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, and to retain funds where a breach is confirmed.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP. The internal operating currency is the euro, and accounts are single-currency with no conversion service. The minimum deposit required to qualify for the welcome package is €20. Before any withdrawal is processed, the active deposited amount must be played through at least three times as an anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals are processed on our side within up to 72 hours and must be made to the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal is €50 to €120 depending on your country of residence, and the standard reference caps are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month; these limits rise with loyalty rank and your current applicable limit is displayed in the Withdrawal section of the cashier. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Payments are not accepted from third-party accounts; the card, wallet, or method must be registered in your own name, and winnings derived from a third-party payment may be confiscated.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, and the maximum permitted bet during any active bonus wagering period is €5, including bet doubling after a completed round and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount used. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt unless the specific promotion states a different period; welcome package bonuses are valid for 7 days. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. You may cancel a bonus before wagering without losing your own deposited funds; withdrawing your deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and any associated winnings. We reserve the right to revoke a bonus and recover any winnings derived from it where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play. Players resident in Sweden may not receive bonuses, participate in promotional programmes, receive VIP rewards, or exchange comp points.
Responsible gambling
You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and other account restrictions at any time through your account settings. Time-out periods and self-exclusion are available on request through our support team; a self-exclusion request results in immediate account closure and we take reasonable steps to prevent a new account being opened. Dispute resolution
Complaints are handled in the first instance by our support department, reachable via live chat 24 hours a day or by email at [email protected] . Where support cannot resolve a complaint immediately, it is escalated within the organisation and you are kept informed of its progress. If a dispute is not resolved at management level, you may refer it to CADRE, an independent alternative dispute resolution body; the CADRE process is free of charge to you regardless of outcome, and CADRE decisions are binding on both the operator and the player without restricting your right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. Server logs and records are treated as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim where the on-screen result and the game server record differ.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice posted on the site before the changes take effect. The updated terms apply from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
